Record time-zone overlap, stakeholder availability and escalation coverage. Remote delivery does not by itself promise US on-site staffing or round-the-clock support.

Compare recurring commitments
Separate software, infrastructure, third-party services and implementation support. Check renewal terms instead of extrapolating a first-year discount indefinitely.
Put the decision in writing
Use the same requirements for every proposal. Record what is included, what needs validation and who owns unresolved work.

Build the USD estimate from stated assumptions
For illustration, 200 delivery hours at an assumed $60 per hour produces a $12,000 delivery subtotal. This is arithmetic, not a quoted Braincuber rate or an estimate of your project. Replace the effort and rate with your proposal, then add the relevant annual software and operating costs. No currency conversion or assumed exchange rate is used to derive the US budget from the India worksheet.
Specify local requirements without promising automatic compliance
Ask your finance team which reporting, tax-service, payment and payroll interfaces are needed. Identify jurisdictions and transaction types for advisers to validate. A vendor should describe the configuration and integrations it will deliver, not claim that installing an ERP establishes legal or regulatory compliance. Include the review and testing responsibilities in the statement of work.
Compare vendors on the same operating horizon
Use equivalent data scope, users, environments, support coverage and renewal assumptions. Separate optional future phases from the committed first phase. Include internal team time and contingency in your approval process even though the worksheet does not calculate them. Does the estimate include US taxes?
No. Applicable taxes depend on the transaction and should be confirmed with the supplier and your adviser.
Can a licence comparison prove savings against another ERP?
No. Compare equivalent capabilities, delivery, migration, subscriptions, support and operational risk over the same period. This page makes no guaranteed savings claim.
