Shipping and Delivery Policy
Braincuber Technologies provides software development, IT consulting services, and digital products. We do not sell or ship any physical goods. This policy explains how our services and products are delivered.
1. Nature of Delivery
All offerings from Braincuber Technologies are intangible and are delivered electronically. There is no physical shipment, and therefore no courier, freight, or postal delivery is involved.
2. Service Delivery
Deliverables for consulting, development, and implementation engagements — such as source code, designs, documentation, reports, and live deployments — are delivered electronically via email, secure repositories (e.g. Git), cloud deployment, or other channels agreed in the applicable Statement of Work (SOW).
3. Digital Product Delivery
Odoo apps, modules, and other software products are delivered digitally. Apps purchased on the Odoo Apps Store are made available through your Odoo account immediately after purchase, in accordance with Odoo's delivery process. Products purchased directly are delivered via a secure download link or repository access sent to your registered email.
4. Delivery Timelines
- Digital products: available immediately upon successful payment.
- Services: delivered according to the timelines and milestones defined in the relevant proposal or SOW.
5. Shipping Charges
As no physical goods are shipped, no shipping or handling charges apply to any of our services or digital products.
