Cancellation and Refund Policy
At Braincuber Technologies, we want you to be confident in your purchase. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for our services and digital products. By engaging our services or buying our products, you agree to the terms below.
1. Scope
This policy applies to professional services (consulting, development, implementation, and support) and to digital products (Odoo apps/modules and other software) offered by Braincuber Technologies.
2. Cancellation of Services
Service engagements are governed by the applicable proposal or Statement of Work (SOW). Either party may cancel an ongoing engagement by providing written notice. Upon cancellation, you will be billed for all work completed and any non-cancellable third-party costs incurred up to the cancellation date.
3. Refunds for Services
- Advance payments or deposits are refundable on a pro-rata basis for work that has not yet been performed at the time of cancellation.
- Fees for milestones already delivered and accepted, and for work already completed, are non-refundable.
- Where a fixed-price milestone is partially complete, refunds are assessed based on the proportion of work delivered.
4. Digital Products & Odoo Apps
Apps and modules purchased through the Odoo Apps Store are governed by Odoo's store refund policy. For digital products purchased directly from Braincuber, a refund may be requested within 7 days of purchase if the product is defective and our team is unable to resolve the issue through support. Products that have been fully delivered and are functioning as described are generally non-refundable.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a cancellation or refund, email us at info@braincuber.com or support@braincuber.com with your order or invoice number and the reason for your request. Our team will review and respond within 2 business days.
6. Refund Processing Time
Once a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. The time it takes for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
