There is no single Odoo implementation price for an Indian business. Separate one-time delivery from software subscriptions and ongoing operation. List the sites, role groups, integrations and migration objects that must work together. Estimate data validation and training as well as configuration.

Budget subscriptions where applicable, hosting, support and upgrade testing separately. Confirm which activities are included in each provider’s agreement.

Use the same requirements for every proposal. Record what is included, what needs validation and who owns unresolved work.

Before applicable taxes, contingency and internal staff time. Three-year total assumes unchanged annual recurring costs and no later delivery work; upgrades, inflation and scope changes are not estimated. Do not double-count items included in another quote.
An INR example is not a quotation
If you enter 200 delivery hours at an assumed ₹1,500 per hour, the delivery subtotal is ₹3,00,000. Those numbers demonstrate the calculation only; they are not our rate card, a recommended scope or evidence of a typical project. Replace them with assessed effort and a written commercial rate. Add separate quoted subscription, infrastructure and support costs before evaluating the first-year total.
Price EPC and cosmetics around different risks
For EPC, a proposal may need to resolve project budgets, purchase commitments, site receipts and billing rules. For cosmetics, the effort may sit in formula data, input-lot genealogy, quality release and packaging. Ask for a workflow demonstration and a gap list before assuming the same number of users means the same implementation cost.
Agree the commercial basis in writing
Ask vendors to state currency, applicable taxes, payment milestones, subscription term and renewal assumptions. The worksheet excludes taxes, contingency and internal staff time; these are not automatically zero. Your finance adviser should confirm tax treatment for the actual transaction. Do not add the same hosting or support item twice if it is already included in a subscription or services agreement.

Does Odoo’s subscription include implementation?
Odoo lists implementation services separately from its software plans. Confirm your exact subscription and services quote rather than treating the user licence as the project budget.
Can you publish a fixed Braincuber starting price?
This page does not advertise a fixed package price. Request a scope-led INR quote; the worksheet is a planning tool with assumptions you can replace.
Is GST included in the calculator?
No. The output is before applicable taxes and other stated exclusions. Confirm the tax treatment and final invoice with your finance adviser and supplier.
