✓ Conducted a thorough assessment of the existing Odoo v13 system. Every component was identified, including custom modules, third-party apps, and integration points. Developed a detailed migration plan, outlining each phase of the process to ensure zero downtime.
✓ Set up Odoo v17 Enterprise on the client’s on-premise server and initiated the migration process. All data from the existing system was carefully transferred to the new environment. During this process, real-time data synchronization was implemented to maintain data consistency and integrity.
✓ Since Odoo v17 brought substantial changes to its framework, significant rewriting of the 90 custom modules was required. We ensured compatibility by updating the modules and reworking the third-party apps to align with the new version.
