1. Instructions Quality Check
Used to guide and enforce specific procedures that operators must follow during production, inventory handling, or internal transfers.
Two Ways to Process
From Manufacturing/Inventory Order
Automatically triggered by Quality Control Point (QCP) linked to the order
From Quality Checks Menu
Go to Quality > Quality Control > Quality Checks and process manually
2. Pass-Fail Quality Check
Verifies whether a product meets defined criteria. Items are evaluated and marked as either "Pass" or "Fail"—quick and efficient for detecting non-conformities.
Creating Manual Pass-Fail Check
- Go to Quality > Quality Control > Quality Checks and click New
- Select Pass-Fail as the Type
- Select the responsible quality team
- Add instructions in the Notes tab explaining criteria
- Click Pass or Fail based on outcome
3. Measure Quality Check
Performs quantifiable evaluations of product attributes such as dimensions, weight, or volume. Define norm values and acceptable tolerance ranges.
Setting Up Measure QCP
- Go to Quality > Quality Control > Control Points and click New
- Select Measure as the Type
- Enter Norm value (ideal measurement) and unit
- Define Tolerance range (From/To values)
- Select quality team and add instructions
Note: If measurement falls outside tolerance, a "Quality Check Failed" pop-up appears with options to "Correct Measure" or "Confirm Measure".
4. Take a Picture Quality Check
Captures images of products or processes during inspection. Helps assess product condition, identify surface defects, or deviations from standards.
Creating Take a Picture Check
- Go to Quality > Quality Control > Quality Checks and click New
- Select Take a Picture as the Type
- Fill in Product, Operation, and Team
- Add instructions on how picture should be captured
- During inspection, capture and attach the required image
5. Spreadsheet Quality Check
Records and evaluates multiple product parameters in a structured tabular format. Ideal for complex inspections where multiple attributes need assessment simultaneously.
Key Features
- Multiple measurement entries in one check
- Structured format for batch-level data collection
- Ideal for lab testing, sampling, or multi-criteria inspections
- Spreadsheet Template: Predefined layout defining what data to capture
- Success Cell: Cell (e.g., B17) that determines pass/fail
6. Register Production Quality Check
Combines quality check completion with production recording. Clicking Validate does two things simultaneously:
✅ Passes Quality Check
Logs that inspection was completed successfully
📦 Records Production
Moves units from raw materials to Finished Goods inventory
